Statue of Veda Bodhisattva

VedaVeda Bodhisattva is a Buddhist’s celestial protector of Dharma and Avalokitesvara. Traditional says that General Veda was promoted to Veda Bodhisattva by the ruler of the heaven after he successfully prevented and captured the evil spirit who attempted to steal the Sarira. This statue shows Veda holding a Vajra with his full body armor and helmet on a rock giving it a heroic image.
