On behalf of the Government of the Union of Myanmar and as a Consul-General of the Union of Myanmar, I appreciate your invitation to express my congratulation message for the companion book of the exhibition of “Peace and Harmony – The Divine Spectra of Manjusri enshrining the Wisdom of China with 108 pieces of Manjusri and Related Artifacts”.

This is the respectable aim and purpose to commemorate the 60th Anniversary of the Founding of the People's Republic of China. Every nation has its respectable cultural heritage and traditions and shall relay these invaluable cultural traditions to enlighten the public. I believe that the Exhibition not only can give the invaluable knowledge of the cultural and artistic values of Chinese civilization and history but also the natural instinct of the Chinese people to pursue peace and harmony.
